I was lucky enough to be invited by Hall and Co wedding and event planning to a showcase event for a brand-new wedding venue in Cambridgeshire.
Waresley Park Estate is an exclusive countryside wedding venue set in 120 acres of private estate. The park land was originally laid out by Humphrey Repton who was a student of the very well know Capability Brown and you can really see the influence.
The parkland has extensive grassland, perfect for marquees and Tepee’s with large and small areas of lawn, you can find the perfect spot whether large or small.
There are multiple areas on the estate that will serve as a stunning location for the ceremony.
From a photographer’s perspective there are plenty of really interesting locations for portraits and family/group photos.
From smaller ornamental ponds with lovely willow trees to larger lakes with lots of lily pads to the secret walled garden and the woodland area there will be a location to get take wonderful Images that you will treasure forever and be a beautiful backdrop to your special day.
You get full access to the house for the duration of your wedding, the house was built in 1934 in a French Chateau style and has been sympathetically modernised but still retains that beautiful Art Deco styling.
The rooms are light and airy and perfect for those bridal prep images that help to build the story of your day. You can book your perfect wedding from May to September, fingers crossed you get the best of the English summer for your wedding day.
Thank you for inviting me.
